The chefs went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and the front desk staff were fantabulous in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Special shoutout to the friendly and helpful staff, especially Jane who cleaned our room impeccably. The attention to detail, like the Nespresso machine and glass bottles, made the experience even better.

The muted pastels and monochrome prints, along with the sculptures, paintings, mirrors, and plants, created a peaceful and elegant atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were impeccably maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to all areas and amenities.

I would have appreciated a quieter environment during my stay. Although the staff at Atholplace Hotel & Villa were friendly and helpful, there were moments when the children working there were a bit loud, which disturbed my rest.

The hotel had nice and clean rooms. The location was close to main attractions and public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful with the luggage. Also, the food was delicious and there were options for different diets.

The hotel lacked entertainment options during the New Year festivities. The ambiance was dull, and there was no music or organized activities. Moreover, the room service menu was limited and expensive. the stay was not worth the price paid.

This hotel is definitely one of the most luxurious venues I have ever stayed. the exclusive amenities offered to guests, such as a state, of, the, art spa centre and private facilities. the restaurant's Continental breakfast and delicious dishes were beautifully presented, and the outdoor dining area was a lovely touch. the location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the areas I wished to visit.

While the swimming pool was a beautiful addition, the water was slightly colder than expected.

The hotel also organized transportation to and from the airport, making my stay hassle-free. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was dated and in need of renovation. the bathroom had mold and mildew in the corners.
